Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development / Sales Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of AsianBiz Serviced Offices or Consulting services.
- Identify, research and contact prospects using all available means, including cold-calling in order to solicit sales.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge that allows Business Development Manager to give effective presentation.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Identify the expectations and needs of the prospect and prepare commercial proposals accordingly.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Maintain good and professional contacts with existing and potential partners and clients.
- Performing sales and marketing activities, including ad-hoc and special projects
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team as a positive, forward-thinking professional
- Maintain customer relation information in our system.
- Take full responsibility for follow through post-sale with client and client's payment.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
Skills and Specifications
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Excellent polite and persuasion communication skills, especially contract negotiation skills
- Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multi task.
- Fun personality but professional appearance and attention to details.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
- Fluent English speaker, other language is a plus
Education and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years business development or sales experience in the service industry;
- Previous business center or consulting services employment experience a plus;
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook) skills required;
