*Job Overview/ Purpose of the RoleThis position will be responsible for overseeing product development and implementation of MP manufacturing vendors， engineering development and manufacturing operations. ?Position functions will include Engineering， Manufacturing， Product Quality， Vendor Quality?Position will require ability to perform these functions with little direct supervision and guidance. ?Creativity and ability to proactively address responsibilities will be important for success (a 'self-starter').*Key Responsibilities?Ensure design & manufactory of MP Wheel End products and so on in manufacturing vendors is done according to customer requirement & internal standard， in respect of quality cost and schedule of requirement.?Coordinate engineering activities to improve product performance， lower costs， satisfy requirements and provide support to manufacturing.?Prioritize and manage multiple projects to most effectively meet product， strategic and financial goals?QCDM performance of all activities related to capacity projectsQualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)?Minimum requirements include a BS in Engineering， with an engineering and/or scientific background， background in bearing industry is preferred.?Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Engineering， preferably including Project Management?Fluency in reading and written and spoken English and Mandarin is mandatory. ?A broad range of interpersonal skills necessary for effective interactions and cross-functional communications.?Long hours， with multi-continental late night or early morning conference calls will be a standard part of this position.?
