岗位职责Duties:：1、5-12岁学生英语课程（有青少儿英语教学经验优先考虑）；EnglishCoursefor5-12yearsagestudents(teenagersEnglishteachingexperiencepreferred);2、做好带班的班级管理及教务管理工作；Responsibleforin-classmanagementandeducationaladministration.3、课堂需有条理，由浅入深，语音清晰，给予学生表达的机会；Classroomneedstobeorganizedorderly,fromeasytodifficult,clearpronunciation,andprovidingopportunitiesforstudentstoexpressthemselves.4、对于英语教学有自己的想法，能接受先进的教育理念与方法；HavepersonalconceptsforEnglishteaching,readytoacceptadvancededucationalconceptsandmethods;5、对待家长与孩子须有责任感；Totreatparentsandchildrenwithasenseofresponsibility;6、积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动；Toactivelyparticipateinvarioustraining,teachingresearch,lecturesandconferencesandotheractivitiesorganizedbyschoolsanddepartments.7、完成教学部门安排的其他任务；Tocompleteothertasksarrangedbytheteachingdepartment;8、有公开课、招生课经验的优先；Experiencewithdemoclassandenrolmentclassispreferred;任职资格Qualifications：1.本科或以上学历，英语或英语教育专业（师范类英语专业优先），英语专业八级，读写说流利，特别要求语音过关，语音不好者勿投；Bachelor'sdegreeorabove,EnglishorEnglishEducationMajor(normaluniversityEnglishmajorpriority),EnglishmajorTEM-8,fluentinreadingandwritingandspeaking,requirementsforpronunciationisespeciallyrequired,pleaseDoNotapplyifyouconsideryourpronunciationunclearandnotfluent;2.2-3年以上英语教学经验；有同行业英语培训中心工作者优先；
